We’re excited to launch the first Queer & Trans Youth Meetup at PEX on Saturday, March 22nd, from 6–9 PM! These meetups will happen every 4th Saturday of the month and exist to create a low-pressure, youth-centered space for kids to connect, build solidarity, and just be themselves.

Kids are welcome to bring a craft, a support buddy, video games, books—whatever makes them feel at home. This is their space, and we trust them to shape it in the ways that work best for them. To keep it truly youth-led, we ask that adults refrain from attending.

We know that trusting a new space with your young one isn’t always easy. Our stewards are here to help, and we’re happy to meet beforehand or chat if that helps make the transition smoother. While the meetup is happening, there are plenty of spots nearby to grab food or rest until your kiddo is ready to go.

Building strong, interdependent communities starts with showing up for each other. We’re so excited to create this space together. See you there!
